Your Online Account

Our Members’ Login Area lets you manage your account online and access useful information, whenever and wherever it suits you best.

One of the main benefits of this service is that it provides the most efficient and secure way to receive your payslips. It also enables you to view and download your entire payslip history with Key Portfolio.

Some of the additional benefits of our members’ login area are:

   1. You can view and update your contact details we have on file
   2. You can view your active bank account and agency details
   3. You can check your personal messages from My Key Pay

Remember, if your contact details change, you need to update us directly. This can be done via your online account for your convenience.

Please note any changes to bank details must be received in writing, either by email, fax or letter.

We will then send you a letter with the details you require to activate your online account.

*Please note that we can only activate this service if your email comes from the registered email address we have on record for you.
