Tony joined Key in 2006 as Managing Director, charged with taking Key forward into its next phase of growth. Tony has a wealth of experience in both the outsourced payroll industry and freelancer products and services. In Tony’s distinguished career he has been Managing Director of an International chemicals group, European Director for a major multi-national, Chief Executive of a City career consultancy as well as other senior posts.

Tony is recognised in the industry as an expert in tax and legal issues, particularly those relating to the contracting market and is an accountant by profession. Tony’s expertise in tax legislation complements the compliant focus Key places on its payroll service provision. Tony’s industry experience enables him to play an important role in monitoring market trends and keeping Key one step ahead enabling the company to maintain its competitive edge. Having had a significant role in the launch of Key’s Umbrella product, Tony is currently further developing the range of services from Key.
