Stephen Melville is the CEO and founder of My Key Pay. He has a track record of success across different markets and sectors. From an early age he showed his entrepreneurial flair by starting up a franchise business. He later moved on to a successful sales career for a payroll provider in the freelance recruitment industry. Having brought in 6000 new contractors in just one year, Stephen realised that he was never going to truly reach his potential working for someone else. He decided to use his success and experience in this industry to set up his own freelance payroll company, My Key Pay.

Stephen’s recipe for success is his strong self-belief and passion for his business. This attitude, along with his talent to identify business opportunities has seen Stephen grow and develop his company.
