How does it work?
Due to the nature of your employment status, as a ‘site-based worker’ you are entitled to claim certain expenses whilst working through Key Portfolio. These expenses are deducted from gross funds before tax and National Insurance is calculated and are effectively paid to you ‘tax free’.
Key Portfolio is very simple to use. If you are working through an agency you simply complete your agency timesheet and send it to your agency. You submit Expense Forms to us and we process your pay, including your expenses. We send your pay by electronic bank transfer and you can view your payslip in our Member's Login Area. You also have the option to receive a free text to your mobile to confirm when and how much you have been paid.
