Adding or Removing Agencies

With Key Portfolio you can work through as many agencies as you like.  This can simplify your tax record under one tax code.

So if you work through more than one agency make sure you add them to your account so you can claim your expenses for all the assignments you work on and increase your take-home pay.

To add agencies to your account, please email us at admininfo@mykeypay.com confirming the following details:
  • Your Key Reference Number
  • Name of agency to be added
  • When you are starting work through this agency
There is no limit to the number of agencies we can pay you through so update your agency details with us today to increase the benefits of working through Key Portfolio.

Removing inactive agencies from your account

If however you have additional agencies on your account that you no longer intend to work through, removing these inactive agencies could mean you get paid up to four days sooner.

To remove an inactive agency from your account, please email admininfo@mykeypay.com confirming:

  • Your Key Reference Number
  • Name of agency to be removed
  • The date from which you wish to remove this agency

Within 10 working days, you will receive an email to confirm that these agencies have been removed from your account, confirmation if this will bring forward your pay day and any other important information that relates to the change.

Remember, you can reinstate any agency or add new agencies to your account at any time. You can also view your active agencies using your Secure Online Account.

Please remember, any requests for changing details you send to us by email must come from the email address we have on file for you.
