Accessing your payslip via our secure login service
The most effective and secure way to receive your payslips is through our secure login service. Not only is this service is the fastest way to access your payslip, but it also enables you to view and download your entire payslip history with Key Portfolio.

Some of the additional benefits of our secure login service are:
• View and update your contact details
• View your active bank account and agency details
• Check your personal messages from My Key Pay

It’s easy to activate your secure login account. Simply email our Client Care Team at portfolio@mykeypay.com stating ‘Activate Online Account’ in the subject heading and include your Key Reference Number and Address in the body of the email.*
 
We will then send you a letter with the details you require to activate your online account.

Accessing your payslip by email
Alternatively to receive your payslip by email, please email our Client Care Team at portfolio@mykeypay.com  and state ‘Activate Email Payslip’ in the subject heading.*

*Please note that we can only activate this service if your email comes from the registered email address we have on record for you.
